EA-SAS Building Digital Twin is analysing and evaluating the building’s energy data in real-time. It includes AI algorithms which allow to minimize energy consumption for heating, hot water preparation, cooling, ventilation. Together with AI control, includes interface for third parties smart energy meter data collection, firefight control, etc.

During the implementation of the system, a detailed inventory of the building’s engineering systems is performed, and a mathematical model is created – the digital twin that fully describes the indoor microclimate and engineering systems.

By connecting to the online graphical user interface every minute, user of EA-SAS Building is able to see the operating modes of the systems and its CO2 savings in real time. CO2 savings can also be displayed on external devices (building monitors, etc.).

Vilnius City Municipality, together with Energy Advice, has joined the Intelligent Energy Lab initiative, which aims to create an open platform for the generation and implementation of intelligent energy ideas in Vilnius. Intelligent Energy lab has decided to increase the number of the Vilnius City Municipality’s Konstitucijos pr. 3 energy efficiency, using state-of-the-art digitisation techniques. Energy Advice, using the EA-SAS analytical system, scanned the smart metering meters and created the Konstitucijos Ave. A digital twin model of Building 3. The digital twin allowed the determination of reasonable and unreasonable consumption of heat, cold, electricity and water every working hour. The project has developed a reporting window in the EA-SAS software, which allows monitoring of energy consumption indices and rapid response by responsible staff.
