Mantinga participates in the “Recipes for Success – Towards Sustainability” competition , presenting the Dween digital twin solution implemented by the Energy Advice team. The project was one of the most advanced sustainability steps in the company – the optimised operation of the industrial ammonia refrigeration system reduced electricity consumption for refrigeration by up to 25% in the first year.

Dween’s digital twin analyses real-time data, identifies energy losses and automatically controls the system in real time, so Mantinga can not only reduce energy consumption, but also improve equipment reliability and reduce the CO₂ footprint. The results have been achieved in close collaboration with Mantinga’s technical team leader, Dainius Masalaitis, and the whole company personnel.

We are pleased to see how data-driven solutions are becoming a real benefit for Lithuanian manufacturing companies and contributing to the vision of a sustainable industry.
