Each training participant will have the opportunity to create company’s compressed air scheme and make analysis and simulation. After the training, participants will be free to use the EA-PSM Hydraulic for 60 days.

TRAINING PROGRAM
1st day, duration 8 hours:
- Requirements for compressed air parameters and systems;
- Air compressors, air collectors and dehumidifiers;
- Balance of compressed air system losses;
- Air compressor capacity control with the frequency converter;
- Installing EA-PSM Hydraulic in your computer;
- Creating a scheme;
- Discussion of the main principle of hydraulics and physics;
- Determining the diameter of the optimum pipe.
2nd day, duration 8 hours:
- Design of compressed air pipelines and air receivers, pressure losses calculation;
- Air flows calculation;
- Humid air influence and related problems estimation;
- Evaluation of air compressor heat utilization economical effect;
- Evaluation of compressed air losses financial effect;
- Selection of compressors according to user load;
- Compressor parallel work and operating mode control;
- Analysis of the main energy processes and losses in the Sankey diagram;
- Solving network energy optimization and reliability tasks.
PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN:
- To choose air compressors receivers, compressed air dehumidifier;
- To choose compressed air pipeline diameter;
- To calculate air flows and pressure losses in compressed air pipelines;
- To evaluate air compressor pressure reduction economical effect;
- To calculate compressed air system heat utilization effect;
- To create a plan for compressed air system’s productivity management.

- Every participant should bring his PC.
- Small groups (up to ten).
- During this workshop participant will solve real cases with the software EA-PSM Hydraulic.
