UAB Energy Advice is implementing the EU structurally funded project No. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860-01-0857 „E. implementation of a commercial model in UAB Energy Advice. Total project value – 63 806.20 EUR, of which EUR 47 854.65 EUR consists of the European Regional Development Fund.

Support for the implementation of the project was provided under Priority 13 of the European Union Funds Investment Operational Program for 2014–2020 “Promotion of Actions to Cope with the Crisis Caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic and Preparation for an Environmentally Friendly, Digital and Sustainable Economic Recovery” No. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860 “E. commercial model COVID-19 ”. The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Funded as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

UAB Energy Advice is a technology development and consulting company focused on energy-intensive industries, developing digital solutions and providing consulting services to increase efficiency and sustainability. The company’s strength is the ability to understand engineering systems, processes, analyze data and turn the obtained results into artificial intelligence IT solutions that help to automatically manage energy consumption and production process. One of the company’s most expanding services is energy efficiency consulting services and the implementation of IT products in industrial companies.

One of the products developed by the company is the EA-SAS platform. Currently, the company does not have full automatic control over the transactions of the EA-SAS platform in a digital system, which limits the circle of potential customers and at the same time the company’s revenue growth.

In order to increase its competitiveness, attract more customers and serve them more efficiently, expand sales of EA-SAS products, company decided to digitize sales processes and sell EA-SAS products.  using e-commerce solutions.

This project is innovative because it will create an e-commerce platform using state-of-the-art information technology to provide new opportunities for innovative product sales.

The implemented project will allow the company to sell its products more efficiently, will ensure faster and better customer service, shortened product sales time will allow it to serve more customers, which will ensure the company’s revenue growth.
